Petamory is dedicated to provide a one-stop comprehensive memorial solution that combines the power of tradition and innovation, allowing individuals to maintain heartfelt connections with their beloved pets (hereafter referred collectively as “Our Services”).
When utilizing Our Services, it is inevitable that certain information will be shared with us. Therefore, our intention to be forthright regarding the information we collect, its utilization, and the measures we have implemented to enable you to access, modify, or delete your data. Metamory is committed to safeguarding your personal information in line with applicable privacy and data protection laws. As for pets’ information, including its name, gender, breed, biography, birthday and death anniversary will be collected. Additionally, we may request that you furnish us with supplementary information that will be publicly visible on our services, such as a profile picture or a 3D avatar of your beloved pet. Furthermore, any information that you transmit through our services, such as conversations with other pet owners and photographs of your pet, will also be collected by us. Please be mindful that other users who view your profile, 3D pet avatar, or any other content may store or disseminate that content outside of the application. Consequently, the same prudence that applies to the internet in general also applies to our services. We urge you not to transmit messages or share content that you would not want others to save or distribute.
When you contact our customer support or communicate with us through alternative channels, we will collect any information that you volunteer or that we require to resolve your inquiry.
The data that we obtain when you use our services
We aim to collect information which is only strictly necessary to the functioning of Petamory. Therefore, in the course of utilizing our services, we record details regarding which services you have employed, as well as how you have utilized them. For example, we may be aware that you utilized a specific feature within the app, viewed another user's profile, and engaged in conversations with other individuals. - Usage Information: We collect data about your activity while using our services. For instance, we may compile information on how you interact with our services, such as the functions you use to interact with your 3D pet avatar, the profiles you view, the details of your consultations with our AI grief therapist, or the search queries you submit. Additionally, we may gather information regarding how you communicate with other app users, including their names, the date and time of your communications, the number of messages you exchange with your friends, the friends with whom you exchange messages the most frequently, and your interactions with messages (such as opening a message or taking a screenshot).
- Content Information: We collect content that you generate on our services, such as posts, pictures, and text. We also gather information pertaining to the content you produce or provide, such as whether the recipient has viewed the content and the metadata associated with the content.
- Device Information: We collect information from and about the devices you use. For example, we gather data regarding your hardware and software, such as advertising identifiers and file system information. We also collect information from device sensors, such as microphones and cameras, as well as whether or not you have headphones connected.
- Camera, Photos, and Audio: Many of our services require us to collect images and other information from your device's camera and photo gallery. For example, you will not be able to post pictures or upload photos from your camera roll unless we can access your camera or photos.

- Provide and enhance our advertising services, ad targeting, and ad measurement, including through the use of your precise location information (if you have given us permission to collect that information), both on and off our services.
- Enhance the safety and security of our products and services.
- Verify your identity and prevent fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
- Utilize information we have collected from cookies and other technology to enhance our services and your experience with them.

With other users of Petamory. We may share the following information with other Petamory users:
- Information about you, such as your username, name, and 3D pet avatar.
- Information about how you have interacted with our services, such as the names of Petamory users you are friends with, the degree of closeness you have with your friends on Petamory, and other information that will assist Petamory users in understanding your connections with others who use our services. For example, because it may not be clear whether a new friend request comes from someone you actually know, we may share whether you and the requester have Petamory friends in common.
- Information about your device, such as the operating system and device type, to assist you in receiving Chats, Posts, and other content in the optimal viewing format.
- Content you post or send. How widely your content is shared depends on your personal settings and the type of service you are using. For example, a Post may be seen by any Petamory user whom you allow to see your profile and posts.
With all users of Petamory, our business partners, and the general public. We may share the following information with all users as well as with our business partners and the general public:
- Public information such as owner’s name, pet’s name, profile pictures, 3D pet avatar, and any information displayed on public profile .
- Public content such as your profile that is set to be viewable by everyone. This content may be viewed, used, and shared by the public at large both on and off our services, including through search results, on websites, in apps, and online.
With our affiliates. We may share information with entities within Metamory Technology Limited.
With third parties. We may share information with third parties in the following ways:
- We may share information about you for legal, safety, and security reasons.
- We may share information about you if we reasonably believe that disclosing the information is necessary to:

How Long We Keep Your Information
We will retain your information as long as it remains in our app, unless you have chosen to delete it. For example:
- We will retain your basic account information, such as your name, and email address, as well as your list of friends until you request that we delete them.
- The length of time that we retain your location information will depend on its precision and the services that you use. If your location information is associated with a post, such as those saved to Memories or posted to Petamory, we will retain that information for as long as we store the post.
- If you decide to stop using Petamory, you may request that we delete your account. Additionally, Metamory may determine if a sufficient period of inactivity has passed to justify our deletion of your data.
- It should be noted that while our systems are designed to automatically carry out our deletion practices, we cannot guarantee that deletion will occur within a specific timeframe. We may be legally required to retain your data, and we may need to suspend our deletion practices if we receive valid legal process requesting that we preserve content, if we receive reports of abuse or other violations of our Terms of Use, or if your account, content created by you, or content created with other users is flagged by others or our systems for abuse or other violations of our Terms of Use. Finally, we may also retain certain information in backup for a limited period of time or as required by law.
Control Over Your Information
We provide you with several tools to allow you to maintain control over your information. These tools include:
- Access, Correction, and Portability: In our apps, you can access and edit most of your basic account information. For promotional emails and SMS, you may opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link or a similar mechanism provided.
- Deletion: If you ever decide to delete your account, you may contact us to do so. Additionally, you can delete certain information within the app, such as photos saved to Memories, Spotlight submissions, and search history.
- Communicating with Other Petamory Users: We want you to have control over whom you communicate with, which is why we have included various tools within Settings. These tools allow you to indicate, among other things, who can view your profile,whether you wish to block another Petamory user and report posts.
Revisions to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy periodically. However, when we do so, we will inform you in one way or another. In some instances, we may notify you by revising the date at the top of the Privacy Policy, which is available on our website and mobile application. In other cases, we may provide additional notice, such as by adding a statement to our websites' homepages or sending an in-app notification.
